Health Precautions

The Hudson Eye looks forward to welcoming you to a safe, spacious festival with innovations in venue safety, and a largely outdoor format in 2022.

The health and the safety of our community are important to us. Our organization has taken the following measures to ensure the safest experience possible.


General:

• Aligned with New York State and CDC public health mandates, guests over the age of 12 must show evidence of full COVID-19 vaccination or a neegative COVID-19 test upon entry to the venue.

• Evidence of vaccination can be physical or digital, and must originate from the healthcare provider that performed the vaccination. If you recieved the COVID-19 vaccination in New York State, you may present evidence via the Excelsior Pass.

• We ask that you refrain from attending if you have exhibited any symptoms or high fever within 48 hours of a ticketed event. If your plans to attend change, please let staff know at your earliest convenience, contact@jonahbokaer.net or +1.917.459.1072.

• Many States including New York State are actively managing their travel advisory, as mandated by the New York State Governor. Please review the advisory carefully, especially if you have any travel planned anytime before August 27. In honoring any state-mandated self-quarantine periods, please let us know if this information changes your plans to attend any of our events.

• PPE and hand sanitizer can be made available to each guest.

• A no-touch waste management protocol will be in effect.

• Signage will be placed in highly-visible locations to indicate sanitary mandates.


Social Distancing:
We ask that all guests observe six feet of distance outside of your immediate group.


Masks:
• Masks or cloth face coverings are respectfully required for all attendees at all times when not eating or drinking.

• The organization does not serve food or beverage.


Restrooms:
• Restroom traffic will be actively monitored by staff with frequent disinfection protocols in place;

• Restrooms will be actively monitored for an adequate supply of hand soap and other necessary products.


Staff Protocols:
• All Staff/Volunteers will be masked, and those handling items for guest distribution will be wearing disposable gloves during events;

• Staff/Volunteers will participate in mandatory temperature taking/symptom checking prior to events;

• Staff/Volunteers will be required to frequently wash their hands with soap;

• Training on all safety precautions will take place prior to events.


Seating: 
• If there are seating environments, they will have been spaced accordingly for state social distancing guidelines.
